The general plan for the Green District near Lake Lisi, located in the outskirts of Tbilisi, has been designed to establish a new urban quarter. This area, known as the Green District of Lisi, consists of several micro-districts, one of which is the European District.
The urban concept is characterized by distinct, freestanding building volumes that are orthogonally arranged concerning Avto Varazis Street. In terms of scale, positioning, and building height, the structures are oriented towards the south and developed as five-story buildings. To the north of the site, four buildings define the European District. Between these buildings, there are recreational areas, gardens, resting spots, and sports facilities.
The new architecture shares the typology and structure of European buildings.
