Our Projects

Residential House in Tskneti

Two-storey house in Tskneti’s historic summer district, set on a terraced site with Caucasus views. Two contrasting yards, large glazing, and wood-clad concrete walls connect the home to nature.

Residential House in Okroghana

Two-storey house on Okroghana’s northern slope, integrated into gardens and trees. Aligned with the road, it appears single-storey from the street and opens to two levels toward the yard, with stone, concrete, wood, and dynamic wooden shutters.

Iota Hotel

A 1970s administrative building in Sololaki was transformed into a 90-room hotel. The structure was reinforced and redesigned with a minimalist approach, guided by the concept that nothing is eternal, complete, or perfect.

Hotel H-1

**Hotel H-1 is a four-storey, 80-room hotel in Tbilisi’s historic Avlabari district. Located at a street intersection, its two façades and segmented form respectfully continue the area’s evolving urban fabric.**

Residential Complex: European District

The Green District near Lake Lisi forms a new urban quarter in Tbilisi. The European District features freestanding five-storey buildings, orthogonally arranged, with gardens, recreation areas, and European-inspired architecture.

ALSTERPAVILION

**A new lakeside restaurant beside Hamburg’s historic Alsterpavilion creates a dialogue between old and new. Using contemporary materials, green roofs, and symbolic details, the design respects heritage while adding modern vitality.**

Project for the Georgian Pavilion

**“Kamikaze Loggia” by AB5 reflects Georgia’s post-Soviet transformation. Mirror-glass façades and a reflective interior symbolize the country’s evolving identity, blending historical Tbilisi layers, contemporary architecture, and artistic expression for the Venice Biennale.**

GDG Office Building

**The GDG office near Vake Park features a clear geometric form and rational floor plan. Its simple façade, with alternating windows, ceramic tiles, and aluminum bands, balances austerity and openness.**

Orion Multifunctional Complex

Orion is a 22-storey mixed-use tower at Vake Park’s northwest corner. Housing apartments, offices, and a café, its solid HPL-clad façade balances context respect with a distinct urban identity.

GDG Multifunctional Complex

**GDG is a 22-storey mixed-use tower in Vake, housing apartments, offices, retail, and a KFC café. Its prominent location highlights GDG’s commitment to quality and excellence.**

Hotel New History

**Hotel New History combines a rehabilitated mid-19th-century Classicist house with a new 100-room volume. The design respects the historic façade while introducing varied materials and massing to enrich Tbilisi’s historic district.**

Hotel MONDAY

**A 65-room hotel on Ushangi Chkheidze Street combines two volumes: one with decorative historic brickwork, the other clad in travertine, connected by glass, and topped with a copper roof, enriching Tbilisi’s mixed historic streetscape.**

HOTEL THE TBILISI EDITION

A 19th-century building on Bako Street was preserved and expanded into a hotel. The design blends contemporary architecture with the historic urban fabric, respecting the street’s cultural heritage.
