Hotel H-1
**Hotel H-1 is a four-storey, 80-room hotel in Tbilisi’s historic Avlabari district. Located at a street intersection, its two façades and segmented form respectfully continue the area’s evolving urban fabric.**
Residential Complex: European District
The Green District near Lake Lisi forms a new urban quarter in Tbilisi. The European District features freestanding five-storey buildings, orthogonally arranged, with gardens, recreation areas, and European-inspired architecture.
ALSTERPAVILION
**A new lakeside restaurant beside Hamburg’s historic Alsterpavilion creates a dialogue between old and new. Using contemporary materials, green roofs, and symbolic details, the design respects heritage while adding modern vitality.**
Project for the Georgian Pavilion
**“Kamikaze Loggia” by AB5 reflects Georgia’s post-Soviet transformation. Mirror-glass façades and a reflective interior symbolize the country’s evolving identity, blending historical Tbilisi layers, contemporary architecture, and artistic expression for the Venice Biennale.**
GDG Office Building
**The GDG office near Vake Park features a clear geometric form and rational floor plan. Its simple façade, with alternating windows, ceramic tiles, and aluminum bands, balances austerity and openness.**
Orion Multifunctional Complex
Orion is a 22-storey mixed-use tower at Vake Park’s northwest corner. Housing apartments, offices, and a café, its solid HPL-clad façade balances context respect with a distinct urban identity.
GDG Multifunctional Complex

Hotel New History
**Hotel New History combines a rehabilitated mid-19th-century Classicist house with a new 100-room volume. The design respects the historic façade while introducing varied materials and massing to enrich Tbilisi’s historic district.**
