GDG is a 22storey mixeduse tower located in the Vake district. Adjacent to it are Ilia State University and the Pixel shopping center. The building contains residential apartments with penthouses at the top. On the ground floor are a KFC café and retail units; the second and third floors contain office spaces. Given this location, the building becomes an important symbol of GDG’s commitment to quality and excellence.
