Hotel H-1 is situated at the intersection of Lomouri Street and Abdushelishvili Street in Tbilisi. The project concept features a four-story hotel with a total of 80 rooms.
The historical center of Tbilisi, particularly the charming urban structure of the historic Avlabari district, has developed since the 19th century. The new hotel building is designed to be thoughtfully integrated into the existing context while paying homage to it.
Hotel H-1 spans two facades at the intersection of Lomouri and Abdushelishvili streets, divided into two segments that continue the historical structure of this part of Avlabari, which has grown unevenly over time.
