Orion is a 22storey mixeduse tower located at the northwest corner of Vake Park, a ninehectare public park in the Vake district. Nearby are the Mikheil Meskhi Stadium and the Vake swimming pool. The building contains residential apartments with penthouses at the top, and a Breton café on the ground floor. Office spaces are located on the first and second floors. Given this prominent location, the design favors a more solid and enduring architectural expression over a fully glazed tower typology. Its façade — mostly HPL — respects the context while asserting its own identity in the city.
